Registration timeline:
Registration is currently scheduled to open the first week of February 2026. Tables will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and full electronic payment will be required at the time of registration. A reminder email will go out one week prior to registration opening, but we recommend saving the date—the number of tables is limited (to maintain a balanced specifier-to-product representative ratio), and last year we sold out in just one week.
Sponsorship pricing:
- Sponsor Table (includes two company representatives): $4,000
- Presenting Sponsor Upgrade (includes a 10-minute stage presentation): +$1,000
- Additional Sponsorship Options—such as meals, snacks, Wi-Fi (with your custom password), and possible print ads in the conference booklet—will be announced as plans develop.
Schedule & setup:
Like 2025, the Sponsor tables in the main room will open Sunday afternoon. Sponsor setup will take place Sunday morning, so please plan to arrive Saturday or very early Sunday. Time for attendees to visit your table will be scheduled throughout the conference until approximately Tuesday around noon, after which teardown will be permitted.
Hotel information:
The location for all conference events is the Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza. A special room rate will be available for attendees, but hotel registration is not yet available.
Shipping materials:
Companies will likely be able to ship materials to the hotel in advance; related costs and timing requirements will be provided closer to the event.
